Newly Remodeled! This charming two bedroom two bathroom vacation home is the perfect place to settle in and enjoy your time in Saugatuck. With brand new hardwood floors and a fresh coat of paint North Street Bungalow is just a short walk to the shops restaurants and art galleries of downtown Saugatuck and just a five minute drive to downtown Douglas and the renowned Oval Beach this home is sure to offer the relaxing & quiet pleasures of our small town charm. The open concept kitchen living & dining area offers plenty of space to make meals together or curl up on the sofa in front of the fireplace. The master bedroom provides an en suite bathroom complete with a large soaking tub while the second bedroom offers plenty of space to spread out with the second full bathroom being just next door. Last but not least is the private outdoor space in the back of the home complete with a fire pit for enjoying cool but comfortable Michigan evenings. The back yard is not fully fenced in. Don't miss your chance to be just minutes from downtown Saugatuck to create lasting vacation memories!

The house was in a great location, walkable to downtown. The beds were comfy and there was ample space in the home. The kitchen was well appointed and appliances were easy to navigate. We rented the place because it had 3 beds--2 bedrooms and a pullout couch. When we arrived there were no sheets for the pullout couch, but we appreciated the management bringing sheets over the next day. As a renter you receive a PDF and an email with check-in / check-out instructions and they are also posted on the fridge in the home. There are slight variations to each set of instructions (e.g., WiFi password, what to do with the trash, what to set the thermostat on at checkout). We went with the fridge instructions as that was the WiFi password that worked, but this would be an easy fix to be consistent. Saugatuck is a delightful town! Walkable with lots of great shops and eateries. We'd like to go back. Thank you for offering this home to renters.

It was fine. There were some issues with check-in, the AC unit and refrigerator which were ultimately resolved during the stay but it was frustrating to have to deal with them over the course of a three night stay. The fire pit area was nice and the kitchen was well stocked. Communication with the management company was just okay. They addressed the issues but communication regarding when things would be fixed was lacking. I'd consider staying again but it wouldn't be my first choice.
