Newly Remodeled! This charming two bedroom two bathroom vacation home is the perfect place to settle in and enjoy your time in Saugatuck. With brand new hardwood floors and a fresh coat of paint North Street Bungalow is just a short walk to the shops restaurants and art galleries of downtown Saugatuck and just a five minute drive to downtown Douglas and the renowned Oval Beach this home is sure to offer the relaxing & quiet pleasures of our small town charm. The open concept kitchen living & dining area offers plenty of space to make meals together or curl up on the sofa in front of the fireplace. The master bedroom provides an en suite bathroom complete with a large soaking tub while the second bedroom offers plenty of space to spread out with the second full bathroom being just next door. Last but not least is the private outdoor space in the back of the home complete with a fire pit for enjoying cool but comfortable Michigan evenings. The back yard is not fully fenced in. We enjoyed staying the weekend. Home is slightly under a mile to downtown which was very walkable. Home was as advertised, newly renovated and worked well for our family weekend trip.

It was fine. There were some issues with check-in, the AC unit and refrigerator which were ultimately resolved during the stay but it was frustrating to have to deal with them over the course of a three night stay. The fire pit area was nice and the kitchen was well stocked. Communication with the management company was just okay. They addressed the issues but communication regarding when things would be fixed was lacking. I'd consider staying again but it wouldn't be my first choice.
