About this bed and breakfast
WELCOME TO CASA CERNANO
The property is located in the heart of Tuscany, 10 minutes walk from the tipical Tuscan village Castelnuovo Berardenga, surrounded by olive groves with a splendid view of the medieval town of Siena (15 minutes by car). The historic house exudes a warm and friendly atmosphere.
The owners discovered the house in 1988 and restored the buildings and its surroundings. All the original Tuscan features have been carefully preserved and at the same time all modern amenities have been added for a comfortable stay.
Casa Cernano is situated between the Chianti Classico, famous for good wines and the Crete Senesi, a hilly landscape of unusual beauty.
Within a 60-70 km radius there are the towns of Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Montepulciano, Pienza and Arezzo, as well as the city of Florence. The Tuscan coast is approx. an hour journey.
All rooms are in Tuscan style and individually decorated with an eclectic mix of antiques and modern comfort, each has its own private bathroom.
The rooms are located in the annex of the main house and have the entrances directely from the outside aerial.
We also prepare a delicious breakfast with fresh local products (8 euros a person / day not included in the price).

Casa Cernano is a charming place, calm and secluded, yet just a short walk away from the Castelnuovo Berardenga city center. Catherine was a superbly welcoming and flexible with the breakfast setup. Strongly recommended!
