Located in the heart of the city of Clichy, very close to Paris this charming apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. Close to shops and transports, this apartment will be the perfect choice in order to visit the city of lovers.
Our apartment is situated on the 9th floor with elevator in a living residence, with a breathtaking view over Seine river, consists of a living space of 70sq. m and includes:
-a charming living room with comfortable sofa for 1 person
-a bedroom with double bed
-a second bedroom with 2 single beds
-a bathroom with shower
-a well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, cooking hobs, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher)
-vacuum cleaner, household products, hairdryer, dryer, ironing equipment, washing machine
-TV and WI-FI
Our apartment doesn’t propose a private parking space but you will be able to park your car in the public parking of the city.
Please note the additional fees below for :
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€
→ A high-quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure
→ We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo

There is even closed local market which open every Wednesday and Saturday morning. This district is known for its peaceful setting and is therefore one of the safest and cleanest parts of city. Seine river, the national stadium and Paris are situated in walking distance from the apartment.
