Enjoy incredible views in this beautiful apartment from the 11th floor in TORRE EME Mazatlán located beachfront at the malecon.
It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, living room and dinning room, fully equipped Kitchen with Laundry Center.
Pool, gym and soauna at the 3rd floor and Gated Parking Lot woth 24 hour security. Walking entrance with electronin access directly to the malecon. Starbucks and reataurants at the first floor.
Very close to Historical Downtown and golden zone. Very close to restaurants, 5 minutes to malls, grocery stores, banks, etc.

This is great place to stay in Mazatlan if you would like to be closer to Centro. An excellent unit for a small group of friends or small family. Clean, plenty of space, a friendly and helpful staff, and an excellent level of security. The balcony is not as spacious as we would have like but it’s a minor quibble. The unit is on a high floor and the balcony faces west thus the sunsets are amazing. The photos in the post are very accurate in representing the unit. If you’re looking for a clean, roomy space with a great views then this is the space for you. The manager actually met us at the property and gave a tour of the apartment and amenities. However, I do want to mention that this apartment is not a particularly quiet space. You can quite clearly hear street noise and even loud crowds on the street level. This is certainly not be a deal breaker for us, especially given how great the place is but if you’re light sleeper then you may want to consider earplugs for sleeping. Otherwise, 9/10.

The accommodation was just as the pictures showed. We were happy with the location looking over the ocean from the balcony. A few minor missing kitchen items - corkscrew, can opener, scissors, and English instructions for the washing machine would have been nice, but overall, everything we needed for a month. The building was well looked after, and secure.
