It has one of the best locations on the main beach boulevard within a short walk to the local markets, shops, restaurants and historic ElCentro. No need for a car. The bus stop is right in front of the building with Taxis available 24 hours for a low cost. Enjoy the sandy beach in front of the building with convenient access to various water sports.
Best of all is the roof top clubhouse with a large terrace with a lap pool. Enjoy the bets panoramic views of the beach, the islands of Puerto Viejo, historic ElCentro, and the city. Mazatlan is a very lively city with cultural events, music, carnivals, and marathons through out of the year. It is family oriented with new state of the art equipped public sports and exercise facilities on the beach front and bicycle trail along the beach boulevard.

I really got the full experience of Mazatlán, with Banda music playing from the beach, and being able to walk to everything of interest in the Centro, old town, and Embarcadero. I loved shopping for food in the mercado, and the seafood at Palapa Puerto Azul across the street was fresh and amazing. It was wonderful to be able to relax in the sun on the rooftop, and the lap pool is refreshingly cool.
Sam is helpful and responsive, and a kind man.
I would stay here again!

We were able to watch the presidents day parade from the balcony. We had a wonderful time. We found a laundry shop not far from the unit.
