Adventure lovers' will love quick and easy access to numerous hiking, biking, and snowshoeing trails just minutes from their door. Or, walk to the nearby bus stop for a short ride into Silverthorne and Dillon, where you can spend an afternoon shopping at the Silverthorne Outlets, walking along the Blue River, and indulging at local eateries. The Dillon Marina is less than five miles from your door where you can rent a boat or kayak for the day and in the winter you will have access to five amazing ski resorts all within a 30-minute drive.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Good property, but booked this on basis of hot tub availability. It was out of use the entire time with no repair in sight. Vacasa should note non availability of an amenity it definitely knew about. Also requested info from them- no response. Otherwise the unit was good.
