This villa is in a beautiful rural location a short walk outside the village of Castel-Nuovo. It looks over the quite populated valley below that leads to La Spezia. We had a hard time finding the villa because the Internet went down soon after leaving the La Spezia-PIsa highway so we couldn't use Google-Maps, but providing the internet is working it's easy to find. The pool is small but warm (in early June) and in a pleasant private location. One of the two bed-rooms is up a steep winding metal staircase, so not ideal for the non-agile. The kitchen could benefit - maybe especially for English visitors - from a few extra items e.g.: an electric kettle; a proper tea-pot that pours properly; plus a few containers for putting food in the fridge. It would also be useful to have some 'basics' in the kitchen for those who arrive late e.g.: salt; sugar; tea. The Hosts are very helpful and supply plenty of local information. They live nearby but do not overlook the villa which is private for tenants only.

Wir haben Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe sehr genossen, in einer Viertelstunde erreicht man einen sehr gut sortierten Supermarkt. Die gut eingerichtete Küche hat uns beim Kochen sehr viel Freude bereitet, Rosmarin und Salbei aus Francos Garten waren regelmãßige Zutaten. Die Restauranttipps von Franco sind Gold. Auch sehr angenehm war uns die Zugverbindung von Sarzana aus in die Cinque Terre. Herzlichen Dank an Franco für zehn wunderbare Tage

In schöner abgelegener Lage mit Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Man kann so viel unternehmen!!!!! Wandern, schöne Städte anschauen, den ganzen Tag am Ferienhaus bleiben, weil es einfach traumhaft schön ist!!! Wir waren zum zweiten und nicht zum letzten Mal hier!!! Franco ist ein super netter Typ, immer hilfsbereit!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem sehr schönen Haus sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung für 5 Personen (alle 16+) war gut, der Pool mit Aussicht auf das Meer und den Turm von Castelnuovo Magra fantastisch. Franco war ein sehr netter Vermieter mit guten Tipps für Aktivitäten, Essen etc. Wir haben Ausflüge in die Berge, nach Sarzana und LaSpezia unternommen und ein Motorboot gemietet (bis 40 PS führerscheinfrei), mit dem wir an der Küste entlanggefahren sind. Alles in allem eine tolle Urlaubswoche! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Her huis ligt op een prachtige plek, vlakbij een klein, lieflijk authentiek dorpje. Zwembad is heerlijk verkoelend met een magnifiek uitzicht, in de prachtige omgeving zijn oneindig veel verschillende activiteiten te doen. Het huis is van binnen prima, mag her en der ietwat beter worden schoongemaakt/vernieuwd . De veranda is een eindeloze plek waar je heerlijk kunt verblijven en genieten van het uitzicht.. Franco helpt daar waar nodig, is een goede gastheer. Dikke vette aanrader dit huis.

Zeer leuk huisje , prachtig zicht over omgeving , overal kortbij voor onbezorgde vakantie . als eigenaar een klein beetje kosten en herstellingen zou doen (trap zwembad en bed onder zijn aan vervanging toe ) zou alles top zijn . In de keuken is alles aanwezig . BBQ heeft ook nood aan opfrissing . maar al bij al een toffe locatie en aan te raden voor gezin met 2 kinderen max.

Eine Woche im Paradies - es ist wie in einem schönen italienischen Roman

Es war unser erster Urlaub mit Hund und wir hätten es nicht besser treffen können. Das Häuschen ist wunderschön, die Farbe der Fensterläden eifern mit dem Himmel um die Wette und die schöne Steinfassade... alles so pittoresk, wie man es aus Büchern kennt - nun darf man es in Wirklichkeit erleben. Der Ausblick zum Meer und ins Tal sind traumhaft und man sitzt auf der Veranda und hört nur den Wind in den Bäumen, dazu zwitschern die Vögel und die Grillen stimmen ein. Abends hört man dann ab und zu zwei Frösche und einen Esel und dazu die vielen Glühwürmchen...es ist wunderschön. Der Pool läd zur Abkühlung ein und die Gartendusche rundet es perfekt ab. Der Garten ist liebevoll angelegt und durch die Einzäunung war es perfekt für uns und unseren Hund. Das Areal um das Grundstück ist ebenfalls wunderschön, so viele Olivenbäume... man ist komplett für sich, niemand stört. Franco ist der perfekte Gastgeber, der jederzeit für einen da ist und sich Zeit nimmt. Er gibt wertvolle Tipps und wir haben die Unterhaltungen mit ihm sehr genossen. 5 Sterne reichen gar nicht aus so toll war es. Vielen Dank lieber Franco für die wunderschöne Zeit. Wir können hier eine 100%ige Weiterempfehlung geben. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung braucht ist hier richtig. Für Kinder ist es ebenso ein Paradies, der Pool ist super, das Grundstück groß und es sind viele Spiele für Kinder vorhanden. Hundebesitzer müssen sich aufgrund der Einzäunung keine Sorgen machen, dass der Hund plötzlich verschwunden ist und der Hund kann sich auf dem wunderschönen großen Grundstück austoben ... wie bereits geschrieben... es wurde an alles gedacht und es war für uns einfach nur perfekt!

Romantische Lage, nettes älteres Häuschen mit einem tollen Pool und schönem gepflegten, voll umzäunten Garten. Franco ist ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter, der um das Wohl der Gäste besorgt ist. Die Möbel im Haus sind nicht mehr die neuesten aber im Aussenbereich ist alles top. Abenteuerliche Anfahrt aber gut zu handeln mit normalem PKW. Die Gegend ist sehr schön mit vielen Ausflugszielen.

Das Häuschen ist sehr gemütlich, die Außenanlage sehr gepflegt, der Pool sehr angenehm zum abkühlen. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Hunde an diesem wunderschönen Ort, die Hunde und wir konnten den Aufenthalt sehr genießen. Franco ist ein super netter Vermieter der mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Die Anfahrt ist sehr Abenteuerlich, ein tiefergelegtes Auto kommt nicht zum Haus. Sollten wir wieder in Italien Urlaub machen, fahren wir auf jeden Fall wieder zu Franco

Super schönes Haus mit Pool, zu zweit haben wir uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Die Zufahrt zum Haus dagegen ist abenteuerlich und nicht so einfach zu finden. Ein tiefergelegtes Fahrzeug hätte Probleme. Super angenehme Erfrischung im Pool, Dusche direkt dabei. Das Haus selbst ist schon etwas abgewohnt (Geschirr, Gläser usw) aber es funktioniert alles. Es hat seinen eigenen Charme. Wir haben sowieso hauptsächlich die schöne Terrasse mit Ausblick genossen, wunderbar. Franco ist ein sehr angenehmer Vermieter und wir wünschen ihm noch viele liebe Gäste. Dirk und Karin
