Independent country house for 4 people close to an enchanting medieval Ligurian village on the border with Tuscany, near to the Cinque Terre and the beach. Villino La Casetta, located in the middle of the beatiful mediterranean vegetation, completly penned, huge balcony with a beatiful view of the Magra''s hollow, gives you pleasant relaxing moment under the shadow of secular olive trees with the possibility of enjoing walking tours, wine and food trips in the little streets of the medieval village and stop at the Enoteca regionale vineyard, where you can taste the great Vermentino D.O.C. from Luni''s hills. Villino La Casetta is placed right next to the historical downtown of Castelnuovo, ancient medieval settlement, where is possible to see the great Castello Vescovile owned by the Bishops of Luni. It also takes few minutes to get to the beach. The garden is furnished with wood stove for great pizzas and bread, bbq, beach umbrellas, couches, where you can enjoy the sun, relaxing reading and pleasant nights with your friends.

Enjoyed out stay in this airconditioned House. Place is on a lovely quiet location in The hills. I would not Book it for 6 people, it is More or less accomodated for 4 (fam. With 2 kids).

Very nice house in a tranquil location a walking distance from a small historic town. No WiFi connection available, so come prepared with some extra roaming GB.

My family had a great time at Villino la casetta - Castelnuovo Magra. The owner was very accommodting and helpful. The house was clean, convenient and private. It is a great house for families (we have three children). The village is a short walk and beaches and Cinque Terra a reasonable drive. The feeling of privacy was rewarding after a day in Lerici or Riomaggiore. We found all of the things we needs and would highly recommend this villa to others.
