Private condo located in Tower 3 Grand Venetian. 2 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen) 2 bathrooms, large open concept living, dining and deck area, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, gas stove and stainless steel appliances. Super sized patio, bbq and outdoor dining space plus private patios off of bedrooms , en-suite laundry, central A/C, 2 smart tv's, wifi connection throughout whole condo, blueray disk player.
Please Note: The hottub on the private patio (as pictured) has been removed, but each of the 5 pools has a hot tub for guest use.

Dave (owner) and Carlos (manager) were both very attentive to any of our questions or concerns. The condo was as advertised and clean. We felt at home right away. We were also accommodated on checkout when our flight was delayed by 4 hours and they allowed us to stay in the condo. Very appreciated!

I had asked the owners questions back in March through the VRBO message system. They never did reply. Did not give us access info was quickly as I would have liken. The air conditioning was out until Monday evening. Half of our party arrived Sunday afternoon and could not use the living room or kitchen because of the heat. The condo was clean and served our purposes. Grateful for the washer and dryer. Get in touch with property manager as soon as you can. Make sure he tells you about the phone in lobby to call for a cab to come pick you up at the lobby instead of walking to the entrance.

Honestly my only complaint was it could have been cleaner inside. One bed only had a sheet on it and it felt like a rushed cleaning job. Otherwise the host, the local host, the property all delightfully helpful and responsive. Some notes- - Lots of towels - washer and dryer that helps during the visit. - - Host provided water is great - There is not a wine opener so bring your own. - Regular coffee pot works well. There were even filters when we checked in. - The week we were there was incredibly busy and in order to get a front row chair at the pool you had to get there at 8:30. Slightly challenging but doable. - great restaurant in site. Reasonable prices- felt super safe Would stay here again!
