When you are not taking a walk in the sand or sipping a cocktail at one of the beach side restaurants, take advantage of the condo's community amenities, including 4 pools, 3 hot tubs, tennis courts, a fitness center, and luxury spa treatments.
THE PROPERTY

After you have come back from a busy day at the beach, take a load off in the home's living room, where you'll find comfortable furnishings to kick back in. Read a book or start up the 65-inch flat screen Smart TV to keep up to date with your favorite news shows or stream movies or music from your Netflix or Spotify accounts.
The home leads freely to the kitchen and dining area. The group's cook will love experimenting with new recipes by making good use of the stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Take your dinners over to the six person dining table, situated in front of beautiful views, or grab a quick bite at the 3 person breakfast bar before getting back to the day's excitement!
Spend your afternoons sitting out on the wrap-around balcony that overlooks the Pacific Ocean and take in the stunning views. My family and I enjoyed our stay at Jeane and Chris's place at The Grand Venetian (our second time staying at The Grand Venitian). Check-in with Jeane was very smooth. If you are traveling with small children be aware that this unit is on the second to highest floor. Our kids are both high schoolers so we didn't have an issue having them in and out of the balcony area. If internet is a must please check on that on day one. It wasn't a factor for us since we spent most of our time down at the pool or out and about town. We highly recommend this home away from home. Thank you Jeane and Chris.

This was our second stay in Chris and Jeane’s condo. It is our favorite of all the condos we’ve been to at GV. It totally feels like home. Literally everything you could need or want is there. The view is amazing, the condo is modern and clean. Everything was perfect. We can’t say more, we would gladly stay here again, and it’s highly recommended.

We had a amazing time. The condo and view are perfect. Anything you need is available. Condo description and amenities are as listed. The book provided helped for all our questions.Very clean and well maintained, beds are comfortable lots of towels and beach towels. Jeanie was very responsive to our questions and helped to make our staff perfect. We would 100% rent the condo again if available. Thanks to both of you for letting us stay and use your home.
