And for reference... in 50 steps your feet will be touching the sand of the beach.

*JR bedroom has 2 single beds and air conditioning trunk furniture. Shares a full bathroom with the living room
*The living room has a full kitchen equipped to cook and serve 6 people, dining room, living room with 2 sofas (which become individual sofa beds at night) with access to the terrace. (no privacy) with sea view
*2 single sofa beds, Air conditioning and Fan, Smart TV and Cable, Full Bathroom shared with the Jr. Bedroom.
*The Terrace has a dining room, 2 sun loungers.
At Casa Gato you can enjoy a different pool every day depending on your mood, with its 7 pools, all overlooking the beach, two of them heated in the winter.

• Upon arrival, at the security booth, you will be informed how to get to the Owners reception in Los Tules, where you will be registered, they will give you the keys and all the necessary instructions,
Important note: There are two counters for this service. Go to the one in front, who serves the Owners.
• You will be given bracelets for each member of your group, which will allow you to use all the services of the development so that you can fully and comfortably enjoy your vacation!
• When leaving, it is very important to obtain your exit pass by notifying the Tules reception, where the keys and bracelets will be returned and you will be given a parking pass.

Clubs and bars for everyone ages and so close that you will not need to use the car, and thus, you will be able to enjoy the nightlife of the surroundings as well as some casinos to try your luck.
The gastronomy; Restaurants, with signature cuisine, different trends, the famous Gastronomic Plaza are just a few steps from the Condominium.
We are surrounded by plazas and shopping centers like La Isla, with movie theaters and VIP cinema, Plaza Galerías a little further on.
To stock up, across the street is Plaza Caracol, which has a supermarket and different simple restaurants for casual food.
We are 10 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from the Malecón.
If you don't come by car, urban transportation is constant and comfortable.

This was our fourth visit to the Los Tules resort and we will return. The large, quiet, beautifully-maintained property consists of 20 3-4 story colonial buildings with five small pools and a decent restaurant serving predictable food located in the heart of the Zona Hotelera. This time we stayed in a two-bedroom suite with a large partially-covered patio overlooking a pool and with a great view of the ocean and sunset. Daily maid service was provided and we were within walking distance to a mall that included a large Soriana supermarket for our groceries and daily fresh bread. Only disappointments with our suite were that the air conditioner in the bedroom would not cool to desired temperature and the kitchen was poorly laid out (dishes, glassware and silverware in jumbled and hard-to-reach undercounter closets) and not very well appointed (no small plates, terrible kitchen knives). Also no information in room about how to contact front desk (had to ask a maid).

We love the location of Los Tules, the well kept grounds and the view we had of the bay. The restaurant has a wonderful menu and goid service. It would be our choice for a return visit.

this unit need minor maintenance repairs master bedroom sink was draining to slow bathroom door lock was loose kitchen sink faucet handle needs to be secure to the counter top to prevent damage to the cabinet and faucet
