About this apartment rental
Studio apartment for 1-2 guests. It is centrally located at Don Pedro Niño street, near Plaza de la Encarnación, and just 15 minutes walk from the Cathedral.
There are many traditional architectural features, such as wood beamed ceilings, cast iron columns and terracotta flooring. The contemporary furnishings create a stylish and comfortable space.
The living area features a sofa, coffee table and dining table with 4 chairs. Next to the dining area is the open-plan kitchen, which is well equipped with the main utensils and appliances.
The sleeping area has a double bed of 140 x 200cm. There is a small closet with a mirror door and three storage drawers under the bed.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and WC.
Other features: TV, air-conditioning (cold / hot), ceiling fan and electric radiator. 4G WIFI Internet with unlimited data and a speed of 20 Mbps.
Fully refurbished in 2019, and with a surface area of 46sqm, the apartment is on the ground floor of a residential building, where until the 80s it was a well-known confectionery of the early twentieth century.
Its central location 100 meters from the Geographic Center, between Las Setas and Alameda; Feria street and La Campana, make the apartment an excellent starting point to explore the city of Seville.
