About this house rental
Typical Tuscan country house situated on the first hills between Viareggio and Camaiore a few minutes drive from the beaches of Versilia, Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi.
The property is located on a completely fenced terraced olive grove land of 12,000 m2 with a beautiful view of the Versilia.
The two-storey house is a typical Tuscan building with exposed beams furnished with style. The ground floor has a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a fireplace and a TV, a well-equipped kitchen with a fireplace, and a large bathroom with shower. The first floor offers a double bedroom with an adjoining private bathroom with tub, a second double bedroom, and an additional bathroom with shower.
The kitchen on the ground floor gives direct access to a covered veranda with a dining table where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Versilia coast.
Around the house there is a BBQ and a swimming pool and a salarium space with sun loungers where you can spend peaceful moments of relaxation immersed in nature.
All doors and all windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
The property is also equipped with a private parking inside.
To reach the house at the top of the hill, follow an unpaved road for approx. 1300 meters inside the largest fenced park and closed with an automatic gate.
In the park there is another villa owned by the Family with similar characteristics. The two villas are available for rentals of several families who wish to spend their holidays together while maintaining their own privacy.

The two-week stay in this beautiful house in the hills above the coast at Camaiore exceeded our expectations. The view - spectacular, the house - so comfortable, our host Teresa - taking care of our every need. Everything highly recommendable.
