About this campground/ rv resort rental
This could be the best place you want to stay in this pandemic season. Nice historic town, beautiful views, healing hot springs, everything safe and quiet. And we try to make sure you feel cozy and comfortable. This is a newly & fully remodeled mobile home, with only five minutes walking distance to Main Street (brewery, grocery store, restaurants…), Rio Grande River, and 9 different hot springs soaking establishments. 5 miles to Elephant Butte Lake, largest lake in New Mexico. 20 miles to America's Spaceport, tours pickup just block from this location. If you like to explore this is the area to check out. Endless open space scenery!!!
In order to make you feel as relaxed as at home, we prepared all the things you may need, Direct TV, WiFi, sofa, swamp cooler, walk-in tub, barbecue grill as requested, baby high chair, gas range with oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, rice cooker, toaster, blender, water purifier, reading lights and all the utensils are all convenient to use.
We also worked hard on the beautiful turquoise 45 feet screened porch, which is providing you the perfect shading, mountains view to enjoy, colorful stringed lights, patio chair set, sit down enjoy beer and breezes!

Great little place to stay. Clean and uncluttered. My husband and I stayed almost a month, and the only thing I would add, equipment-wise, is a mixing bowl or two in the kitchen (also, ask about the microwave situation if you're used to using one.There's a glitch.) Also a bench or extra chair in the back bedroom would be handy. So, if that's all that's lacking that's great. Bed quite comfortable. Loved the light on all four sides, and the porch... and the birds. The manager, Elvis, lives right next door, there's a great little grocery store 2 blocks away, and it's walking distance to several (commercial) hot springs!

Enjoyed a great two weeks. Walked to almost everywhere, so much to explore. Relaxing and quiet. Great little find, very clean and the deck was a nice extra space to enjoy!

I just want to thank elvis for his hospitality and his humor. This place is a gem.... just a perfectly kept diamond in the rough. Clean safe chillaxin paradise. I spent every evening on the porch and enjoyed the high fenced in privacy with a great yard...

We needed a place to stay for a month while we cleaned, painted and readied ourselves to move into our new home. It was clean, comfortable, reasonable priced and Elvis next door took real good car of us. Only thing i would have added was a microwave.
