About this house rental
Two-story hillside home witha full kitchen upstairs and a kitchenette downstairs. Two master bedrooms, two baths and a kids room downstairs. Gorgeous views of the EB lake. Decking around half the house with a rebuilt, large viewing deck on the lakeside. Plenty of room inside and outside for all the family and their water toys or boat and trailer. The new deck is sturdy and sustainable with Trex deck boards. New dual pane windows for better views and reduced energy use. 1/2 acre fenced lot with a newly paved road. We're only about a 1/2 mile from Hot Springs Landing and very popular launching and camping area.

Overall a great property. Having the property fenced in was great to let the dogs roam without worries. The two living areas worked great for our situation. Only issue we found was the lighting on the deck was poor making barbecuing after sunset a challenge.
