Roland House - Roland House Apartment 03

The residential complex Haus Roland consists of two apartment houses next to each other. This includes a total of 33 apartments of different sizes. You live quietly and idyllically in the green. From the south side of the Glienberg you look towards the backwaters, in the immediate vicinity a forest area invites you to go for a walk. Through the forest you reach the beach promenade and the sandy beach, about 800 m away. The center of Zinnowitz with restaurants, cafes, cocktail bars and shops can be reached on foot in about ten minutes. The backwaters with offers for sailing, surfing and boat trips are also about ten minutes away. There is a parking space and a bicycle storage room for each apartment on the large property. A washing machine and dryer are available in a separate room for a fee. Relax in the in-house sauna or in our swimming pool and let your mind wander. Swimming pool and sauna are available for free use. Swimming pool: opening hours 6 am-10pm, water depth 1.30 m, size 4x8 m, water temperature 27-28 degrees Sauna: opening hours 5 pm-21pm

House Roland apartment 03:
The 36 m² apartment 03 is located on the ground floor in the Roland house (right building seen from the parking lot). With its two rooms, it offers enough space for up to 4 people. The location 03 is in a side street on the outskirts of the house in the Roland house, less than 15 minutes walk to the center and about 800 m from the beach promenade. The apartment has a living area with open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a terrace. In the cozy living area, comfortable upholstered sets and a flat-screen TV invite you to social evenings. The dining area is integrated in the living area and a table with 4 chairs offers enough space for eating together. The adjoining kitchenette is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher and an oven with ceramic hob. A coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle are of course available here. In the bedroom, a double bed offers you enough space for a restful sleep. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. After an eventful day, let the evening end comfortably on the terrace and enjoy the idyllic tranquility. On request, we can provide you with a baby travel bed and a high chair free of charge. This apartment has a free parking space directly at the house. The special features in this non-smoking apartment dogs are not allowed. You will receive your WiFi access code from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. the day after your arrival. A DSL 16000 connection is currently available throughout Roland. Relax in the in-house swimming pool or in the sauna and let your mind wander. Swimming pool and sauna are available for free use.

Arrival is from 4:00 pm to 12:00 am and departure from 8:00 am to 10:00 am.
