Modern eingerichtete Wohnung; alles neuwertig. Geräumige Wohnung und Balkon. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Freisitz mit Spielplatz direkt am Haus. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Wohnung Nr. 5 (ganz oben) nicht unbedingt für großgewachsene Menschen geeignet; Dachschrägen sind stellenweise hinterlich. Fußwege ins Zentrum von Zinnowitz bzw. zum Bäcker kann man mit ca. 15 Minuten (einfach) kalkulieren.

Die Zimmer waren angenehm von der Raumgröße. Es gab einen schönen Balkon, der ideal für angenehme Sonnentage ist. Die Lage ist hervorragend, nach 10 Minuten Fußweg durch den wunderbaren Wald ist man am Strand. Vieles kann zu Fuß erreicht werden.
