The Haus Roland vacation rental complex (33 apartments spread across two buildings) is located on a quiet side street on Glienberg, right next to the forest.
The vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building and features a south-facing balcony with a view of the garden. A lockable communal bike storage room is located in the building’s basement, along with a washer and dryer and a table tennis room. The adjacent building houses the swimming pool with a sauna and relaxation room.
Your vacation rental includes a free parking space located on the property.
The center of Zinnowitz, with its shops, restaurants, and cafés, is within walking distance.
The initial set of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If
needed, these can be added for a fee.
Pets are welcome for an additional fee.
Apartment 28:
This beautiful and bright south-facing vacation apartment is ideal for 2–4 people, up to 5 people (approx. 54 square meters). It is located on the 2nd floor and features a large living and dining area combined with an open kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, a closet, a nightstand, and a chair. The bathroom, freshly renovated in spring 2019, features a shower and toilet. The balcony, which overlooks the garden, also faces south and is furnished with chairs and a table.
Living and dining room with a sofa bed, two armchairs, a coffee table, a radio, an LCD cable TV, a large dining table, and four chairs. Kitchenette with dishwasher, electric stove, range hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, and plenty of dishes. Also included are an iron, ironing board, clothes rack, and vacuum cleaner.
Our guests can use DSL Internet access via Wi-Fi free of charge. This is a voluntary additional service on our part and therefore not a feature of the vacation rental guaranteed under travel law. Consequently, a rent reduction cannot be claimed in the event of a failure of the system, parts thereof, or a router.
