BEAUTIFUL CEDAR CHALET LAKE CABIN!!!!
ONLY 2 HRS FROM MINNEAPOLIS!!
Nestled in the beautiful Northwoods of Minong Wisconsin. Surrounded by trees with an expansive deck that overlooks the lake, this spacious three bedroom lake cabin with a loft, 4 seasons room and bar area provides a peaceful, serene, relaxing fun environment that family and friends can enjoy. Guest can also enjoy access to ton of ATV/ SNOWMOBILE and hiking trails in the beautiful Northwoods.
THE CABIN:
Sleeps 8-10 people comfortably.
Cabin has three Queen beds, two Full beds and a Futon bed in the loft area. There is also a Futon bed in the four seasons room.
Spacious living room and dining area.
Fire place in living room.
Spacious 4 season room.
FUN LOWER LEVEL BAR.
Washer and dryer in lower level.
Picnic bench for outside dining.
Electric wood pellet smoker and Charcoal grill.
OUTDOOR FIREPIT.
CABIN HAS A PRIVATE DOCK.
THIS COZY CABIN HAS A HUGE DECK THAT OVERLOOKS MIDDLE LAKE.
MIDDLE LAKE CONNECTS TO SOUTH TWINS LAKE. BOTH LAKES ARE ACCESSIBLE TO EACH OTHER BY BOAT, PONTOON, JET SKIS ETC.
Pontoon and Boat rentals available in the area. Businesses will deliver and launch the pontoon/boat for you!
Guest do not have access to the hot tub.
Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin.
THE AREA IS PACKED WITH ATV AND SNOWMOBILE TRAILS! The nearest ATV trail starts at the end of Middle Road, about 1 mile or less from the cabin. The trails follow the roads (ride on roads) as well as through the woods. The trail at the end of Middle Road will connect to 100's of miles of trails.

LAKE LEVELS UPDATE: Due to the the persisting drought like conditions in the area, Lake levels are very low going into this summer. The channel that connects Middle lake to South Twins lake is currently impassable.

Great spot and great house! I was hoping the lake would be good for floating but at the end of the dock it’s maybe 1-1/2 ft deep. No worries because we had plenty of fun watching football on the big screen in the basement and playing games upstairs. We had an issue with the garage door and the owner was very responsive and sent someone over that day. Would recommend!

Positive: property & home were beautiful, it looked & smelled clean, responses to questions were prompt.Negative: the ad stated lake levels were low & showed a dock but it wasn't in - the owner put the dock in the next day - nice gesture. My daughter canceled last minute - I notified the owner there was no dog & they refunded the 50 pet deposit - nice gesture. Fridge & stove are outdated - no bars on the fridge door so you lose 1/3 of the storage & had to reconfigure shelves to fit a gallon of milk. Stove was old, could have been cleaner but worked. For the price, upgraded appliances would be nice. Big issue was bugs in 2 lower level beds. NOT bedbugs-beetles-but we vacated those 2 rooms. Bugs were found day 5 after extreme heat/humidity on days 3 & 4. Sent the owner videos & pics & asked them to come that night to witness them. Housekeepers were sent @ noon day 6 but bugs were gone. The owner kept saying we left doors & widows open. WE DID NOT! It was almost 100 & humid & the AC barely kept up. We absolutely went in & out of the doors TO USE THE DECK FOR THE 3600 VIEW BUT WE DID NOT LEAVE DOORS & WINDOWS OPEN! I asked nicely if they would consider reimbursing at least 1 day but they basically implied I was lying about the bugs and IF bugs were there it was MY FAULT for leaving doors and windows open. We gave up. We tried to enjoy the remaining 24 hours of our vacation, packed up and left a day early. Not bashing the owner, but I was really offended by their comments.
