With 5 spacious bedrooms, including 3 queen beds, 4 bunk beds, and 2 single beds, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. Enjoy modern comforts like WiFi, TVs on both floors, a huge kitchen, and both a washer and dryer. Stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning and heating. The 2 bathrooms provide refreshing showers for a relaxing experience.
Downstairs, you'll find a fun-filled game room with a theater setup, while upstairs offers a cozy living room with a fireplace and a spacious kitchen perfect for gathering. Step outside onto the 50’ deck that overlooks a private yard, nestled on more than 25 acres of serene land. Enjoy the peace, beautiful views, and old sheds around the property. It’s an ideal home base for your adventures, whether you're here for winter sports or simply to relax. In the summer, make use of the sport court for basketball or pickleball. I also have an adjacent property that accommodates an additional 5-7 people. A public boat dock is conveniently located down the driveway, and just 100 feet away, you can hop onto the trail. For easy access, you can rent our golf cart for $50/day (owner will contact you). The property offers free WiFi and spans 3,000 sq. ft. Plus, there’s a public boat dock beach on Silver Lake.
