About this chalet rental
Beautiful chalet lake cabin with open concept 2,500 square foot two story walkout chalet, 5-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms. Kitchen updated in January 2020 to include new stainless steel appliances, new granite kitchen countertops and new tile backsplash. Main level living/dining/kitchen area has a wood burning fireplace, 65" flat screen TV, surround sound, 6'x6' kitchen island, ample seating and large windows facing the lake with a wrap around deck and 3-season porch. The master suite is in the loft and overlooks the living area directly out to the lake. The lower level is completely finished, games, 58" smart TV, extra fridge and a walkout to the lake, patio and fire pit area. There are five bedrooms and three full bathrooms; master suite and bath in the loft, two bedrooms and one bath on the main level and two bedrooms, and one bath on the lower level. Additional bunk beds, futon couch and futon chair downstairs. Laundry is located downstairs as well. Plenty of outdoor space for family activities including large steel fire pit with split fire wood, patio table and seating for six, picnic table, fenced dog kennel, large grass yards for outdoor games, horse shoe pit and parking for eight vehicles. The wrap around deck with Adirondack chairs also has an outdoor table and seating for eight with great views of the yard and lake. 32' aluminum badger dock and swimming area with 110' of wooded shoreline. An 8'x10' Shore-Master swimming platform with aluminum ladder anchored a short swim from the dock, great fun for all ages. We have five kayaks, two canoes, paddle boat and swim mat as well. Very secluded area, vacant 150 acre lot to the south and half a dozen seasonal cabins to our north. Abundant wildlife in the area, we frequently see deer, eagles, turkey, bear and waterfowl as we come and go from the cabin. We do not have direct access to the ATV trails from the cabin, however the trail head is seven miles away in Minong. Great family retreat cabin.

Big Bass Lake camp was a large, beautiful chalet lake cabin with an open concept with new stainless steel appliances,a wood burning fireplace, large windows facing the lake with a wrap around deck and 3-season porch. BBL was a great family retreat cabin that generated many cherished family memories that will be with us always!

Everything was great! Communication was prompt, the house and property were wonderful and all of our expectations were met and then some! There were even accommodations for our young kids that included a crib, high chair and booster seat (to name a few). We will be return renters for sure!

This is a wonderful property that has everything you need for a fun and relaxing outing. Great location on Big Bass Lake with all the amenities needed for cooking and indoor/outdoor recreation. This was probably the cleanest cabin I have ever rented, which is especially impressive as it is animal friendly! James was responsive and thorough with the information needed. Highly recommend!
