Located at 39578 Cove Road in the private beach community of Tower Shores one mile south of the Indian River Inlet Bridge.
3.6 miles from downtown Bethany boardwalk and 7.7 miles to Rehoboth beach boardwalk and outlet store shopping.
Recently renovated (2020) four level end unit townhouse with private parking. Just steps to a private non-crowded beach. Beach Chairs, Umbrella and sand toys for kids are available. Also just steps to State park access for year round surf fishing and family fun for everyone.
Ceiling fans throughout in every room. Can sleep and dine 10 people comfortably.
First level queen bedroom with full bath and laundry room. 2nd level living room, full-size kitchen, dining room, and half bath. Large sliding glass door with deck off the living room. 3rd level has king size master bedroom with windows galore. One queen bedroom and one twin bunk bedroom with trundle. Sliding glass doors with deck off both back bedrooms. Full bathroom. 4th level loft has two twin beds. Sliding glass door to large deck on loft with beautiful sunrise and sunset water views.
Saturday to Saturday full weeks available June, July, August and September. Partial weeks with reduced rates and two night minimum May and October.

This is the second time we've stayed at this rental and are hoping for #3!!! Roomy, clean and close to the beach, restaurants and activities. Highly recommend.

The location is beautiful. The neighborhood is friendly and well taken care. The private beach is wonderful. The house was adequate; however, it is dated and not kept up. The Loft never got cool while the 1st floor was an icebox.The kitchen is difficult to cook in. It is not laid out very well.The cook ware is just thrown in the cabinet and most glasses and plates were dirty.The left front burner is difficult to turn off when used. Very unsafe. Cabinet door broken hinge.The addition is facing the back of the house with an unkept yard, containing construction debrisThe beach chairs need some TLC. Outdoo shower was a plus.Upstairs bathtub drains very slowly

We stayed here the year before and loved it. Close to the beach, plenty of space for my family and easy communication with the host. We already booked for next year!

Family vacation .. kids and grandchildren fully enjoyed staying here .. room for everyone !! Kids loved top deck to lay out and to get away from everyone else !!
Kitchen had everything we needed ..
Parking was good
And easy walk to private beach ..
Love everything .. booked already for next year !!
