Perfectly located and newly renovated chalet in Sa Punta (Portocolom), surrounded by a huge garden with many opportunities to sit and relax - in the immediate vicinity of the beautiful beach and the bay of Portocolom.

The beautiful and cozy beach of S'Arenal can be reached in less than 3 minutes on foot (literally just down the street), where you will find two fantastic beach restaurants / bars. Another insider tip bathing place is only a stone's throw away (1 minute on foot) - here you can jump from the rocks into the crystal-clear Mediterranean. The picturesque old town of Portocolom can be reached on a newly created hiking trail in about 10 minutes. After another 5-10 minutes you will reach the new city of Portocolom with numerous restaurants, cafes, shops and bars.

The living room consists of 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of which is an en-suite). The spacious living / dining room has floor-to-ceiling windows that lead to the front garden. The fully equipped kitchen offers a side garden view and is right next to a terrace that has a sheltered outdoor dining area with an outdoor grill. The private terrace allows a wonderful get-together, while you can enjoy the tranquility of Sa Punta under the palm trees in the huge garden.

The chalet for rent is on the ground floor. The first floor is only used privately (a few times a year) and is not rented to guests.
