With great attention to detail, we have lovingly renovated this 54 sqm bright, non-smoking apartment for our guests. The apartment offers enough space for 2 to 3 people and is located in a quiet area, just a 25-minute walk from the beach, inviting you to relax and unwind.
You’ll have access to a spacious living room with an open, fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, and cozy furnishings. On sunny days, you can start your morning with breakfast on the 15 sqm sun terrace or wind down with a glass of wine in the evening.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (1.8m x 2.0m) to ensure restful sleep. The bright, modern bathroom with a shower is barrier-free. Fresh towels and bed linen are included in the price.
A parking space is available for your convenience, and the bus stop, shops, and S-Bahn station are all located within the village.
The apartment’s ideal location makes it perfect for a variety of excursions. You can visit the stunning white sandy beach of Warnemünde or explore the beautiful Hanseatic cities of Rostock, Stralsund, Wismar, and Lübeck. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und fehlt nichts. Ein Frühstück auf der Terrasse war ein perfekter Start in den Tag.
Super gelegen zwischen Rostock und Warnemünde.

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht 1:1 der Darstellung in der Werbung, was nicht selbstverständlich ist - habe bereits andere Erfahrungen gemacht (Bilder können auch lügen!). Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Ich habe mich rundherum wohl gefühlt. Schön war auch , dass man so nah an Warnemünde ist- wunderschöner Spaziergang zum Strand und der Promenade.
