About this apartment rental

This building was completed in June 2019. There are three units in the building, and this one is 1200 square feet of pure luxury to relax and unwind. It has an industrial vibe with concrete floors, black tile kitchen and baths, and views of Lookout Mountain and the Chattanooga Choo Choo. Gorgeous hideout that is spacious, light filled, and design led. New furniture. High speed internet and smart TV. Privacy galore, free parking, central location, and walk everywhere.

This unit is located on the 2nd floor and is not handicap accessible. Please no pets and no children under 12.

Cute and modern place, very clean. Had everything we needed. Located within walking distance to restaurants and bars. Nancy and Jackie were very nice and helpful. They respond immediately to any message.
