Featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room, work area with desk, and a second sitting area. Home includes two single rollaway beds (250lb capacity) offering the ability to accommodate up to 6 guests! High end furnishings and plush bedding make this home more enjoyable! Walkable to some of the best restaurants Chattanooga has to offer.
**Pet friendly - We welcome up to two small well behaved dogs (20 pound max each) provided that pets are disclosed at the time of booking and pet fee paid. With a ground level queen, bathroom, and living room, this is a great option for those who need a bedroom on the first level. On the second level there is a kitchen, dining area, laundry area and second living room with a balcony. The third level has the king master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a second balcony to enjoy the views of lookout mountain! We know you will enjoy the beautiful views of historic buildings, Lookout Mountain and Ruby Falls. Take a walk or rent a bike and ride to the riverfront!

Very nice property conveniently located less than 10 minutes to downtown and the waterfront. About a 20 minute drive from the airport. There is a Publix grocery store and a Walgreens less than 5 minutes away. The property itself is in a small and very quiet neighborhood of townhomes. This is a three floor unit with the main living space on the middle floor. The primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom and king bed are on top and the second bedroom with queen bed are on the entry level. This gives a lot of privacy for couples or families. The main living space and primary bedroom have porches which we enjoyed spending time on. A spacious kitchen with a large island and every kitchen gadget you can imagine as well as lots of pots and pans make it great for cooking. There is a small dining table and chairs but we managed to get four adults and two kids around it so all good. Roku TVs in both bedrooms and both living spaces with a better than average selection of viewing options. Beds were comfy and we noticed roll out beds in both bedrooms although we didn’t use them. Both bathrooms have walk in showers. Ample parking directly in front of of unit. Check in was a breeze and communication was great. Would stay again.

It was a lovely stay, and ideal for folks from two different households sharing a VRBO, since there are separate floors for the bedrooms. There were a lot of stairs, so not ideal for people with mobility issues. Also I set off the door alarm a couple of times by accident, which is a bit stressful. (Just re-enter the correct door code to get it to hush.) However, I would definitely stay there again next time I'm in Chattanooga.

Our stay was delightful. The two balconies were so special to have morning quiet time with a cup of coffee. Donna was very responsive and the layout was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful kitchen. The area felt safe and walkable with several sidewalks near to downtown. There was even a historical civil war marker adjacent to the property.
