Brand new, modern, open space right in the heart of Downtown Chattanooga's Southside District. Stay a block away from many amazing restaurants, shops and the free electric shuttle that will take you all throughout downtown.
Private parking space and entrance, and plenty of street parking.
This is an open floor plan with a single bathroom off the master. So, anyone staying on the third floor will go through the master to get downstairs or to the bathroom. Perfect for couples and small groups.

The place was very clean and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The only negative is the noise level from traffic at night. If u could add clocks in the place. We enjoyed the balcony and beds were comfortable. Thank you Jacob for communicating with us thru out the weekend. Good location.

The property was exactly as described. Love the decor and Jacob was an effective communicator. We enjoyed the weekend attending a concert at Signal nearby, the Chattanooga Whiskey tasting tour, and enjoying other local eateries and bars on foot. We only got in the car to go to Ruby Falls. We did not cook here but the home was definitely well appointed with cookware, spices, towels, amenities, off street parking, 3rd floor exterior patio and super cozy for a couple. The bed is a bit firm and the noise on the street at night can be loud at times, but we truly look forward to coming back again! Thank you for sharing your lovely home Jacob!!!!!!
