Additionally, this unique property is only a few minutes' drive from some of Chattanooga's top attractions. With quick access to downtown events, the Riverwalk, and the Aquarium, all within 2 miles, you'll have endless entertainment options at your doorstep.
Designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, this fully furnished space ensures a comfortable stay. The master bedroom features a queen bed, private bathroom, and two closets for your convenience. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a closet, while the third bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and a closet as well. The second and third bedrooms share a full-size bathroom. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with nightstands, lamps, and all necessary linens. The bathrooms include towels, a magnifying mirror, and a hairdryer.
The spacious living room provides ample seating with a three-seater couch, two cushioned chairs, a console, an office desk, a chair, and a 55-inch smart TV for your entertainment. The dining room comfortably accommodates four guests at a round table, and an additional two guests can be seated at the kitchen island. The well-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, including a range with a flat ceramic heating surface, a three-door refrigerator, an over-the-range microwave, and a dishwasher. It also provides small appliances such as a toaster, Ninja blender, and coffee maker. For your cooking needs, a set of pots, pans, baking sheets, cooking utensils, and eating utensils are provided. A starter supply of dishwasher tabs, paper towels, coffee, tea, cream, and sugar is included as well.
The property also offers a laundry room with complimentary washer and dryer use, an iron, and an ironing board.
Rest assured that all utilities, including power, water, fiber optics internet, and FITV, are included in your stay.
Additionally, the property boasts a fenced-in yard, providing privacy and security. You'll also have the convenience of parking for two cars on-site.

My family had a wonderful experience staying here. The property has been fully updated including all new appliances. It has plenty of space for our family of 5. The location to Erlanger and downtown was the best part of this property. We had to stay close by the hospital due to a high risk pregnancy and this house met all of our needs. We could literally see the hospital from the front yard. The owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. Great communication. Highly recommend!
