We offer you a magnificent villa on the water in MARCO ISLAND, with panoramic views over a large bay. South facing. Private heated swimming pool (heat pump). Heated JACUZZI.
Possibility to arrive by boat at the house and leave your boat at the edge of the deck.
Reception 2-4 people. No animals.
The villa consists of a very spacious living room, 2 lounges, dining room, kitchen open to living room. 2 Bedrooms (King bed **** and Queen bed ***** very comfortable, 2 bathrooms, dressing room, office, linen room. Access to a magnificent terrace on one level and beautifully landscaped and wooded exteriors.

Comfortable...great view...no privacy from the canal. Would be very helpful to have known owners were in France prior to committing. Communication by text is by far the best and most responsive method. Email with 6-7 jour time difference is difficult. That being said, owners were as responsive as they could be.

The location of the house is great . There was a nice pool area with nice view in the back We had a lengthy stay over the summer with is the “off season” . There were some issues with the house during our stay . We are very good natured and very patient .The “ property manager” took care of the issues for us
