Wide open and wonderful, the 28' x 13' pool is electrically heated year round, with a splash pad for toddlers and a stone hot spa for pure relaxation. Exterior and interior blend seamlessly, with soothing sand hues and new Modern European furnishings.
Artful architecture offers water views from most rooms. Stay entertained (and connected) with technology as sophisticated as the decor. Enjoy meals in Shenandoah's fully stocked gourmet kitchen or dine out. This elegant waterfront villa is centrally located granting easy access to your choice of dining, entertainment and recreation venues.
Active couples and families will appreciate that Shenandoah is near Mackle Park; TripAdvisor reviewers have ranked it second of 26 attractions on Marco. One said it was "One of Marco Island's Best Features." He wrote "Mackle Park has evolved over the years into a first class facility that has something for everyone." There is a large lake surrounded by a paved track for biking, walking, roller blading etc. Islanders use the lake for racing remote controlled boats. Add in a fabulous kid's playground with an adjacent water spay area, soccer fields and large basketball court to boot! Inside the main building meetings are held and every form of indoor activity is available including a teen section with ping pong and billiards. "A great facility that keeps on getting better all the time."
At end of day, a western exposure guarantees champagne sunsets, two of her four bedrooms feature ensuite baths, and finer linens assure blissful sleep.

The property was clean and the neighborhood quiet. Property manager was great and very responsive. Highly recommend the property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It had everything we needed. Our only suggestion would be to have the 3rd bedroom where the office was so that there would be a private bath.
