About this apartment rental
Stylish, luminous brand-new 2 bedroom apartment situated in a baroque style building. The air-conditioned units are furnished with beautiful tiled ceramic floors and feature 2 independent bathrooms with great power showers, spacious living room with big flat-screen 50 inches TV, and 2 large sofa beds with memory foam high quality mattresses, free&fast WiFi connection, wardrobe, a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen with smart microwave, fridge, oven, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.
The flat has 2 balconies with views over the city. This apartment is ideal for couples, large families, group of friends and for people on a work trip as we have fast internet connection and a working desk.
Our bedrooms are equipped with king size brand-new Orthopaedic mattress, hypoallergenic, antibacterial and anti-mite.
Hand sanitiser provided, the flat will will be deeply disinfected before and after every guests.
Our location is very central, the wonderful Ortigia island is only 7 mins walk from our apartment, 5 mins walk from some of the trendiest bars and restaurants in town, 500 meters from the sea beach solarium which is great from swimming and sunbathing, Supermarket 3 mins walk, while Greek amphitheater is 1.5 km from the property.
The nearest airport is Catania (Fontana Rossa). Secure&monitored parking is only 5mins walk.
Bus stop with direct buses to Catania airport is 8 mins walk.
Archimedes house is a great choice for travellers interested in old town exploring, sea, museums food&culture and warm welcoming atmosphere. Tourist informations and advice can be provided at the reception.

Check-in was super easy thanks to Marco and his brother. Great location just off Ortigia, and only a short distance from the train station and Interbus. The accommodations were very comfortable with dependable high-speed wifi. Couldn’t be happier with our choice!

The apartment is located two floors up in a safe area, 10 minutes' walk from the train station, 10 minutes' walk from the bridges to Ortigia, and about 20 minutes' walk from the Archeological Park. There are several excellent restaurants close by, and easy access to grocery store and pharmacy. Communication with manager was straightforward and we were met on arrival. The layout of the apartment is very nice and the pictures are accurate. Beds are firm but comfortable. The kitchen is well furnished for the most part, although a few more cooking implements would be nice. This is an ideal place to stay if you'd like to be close to the action but not surrounded by the commotion of tourists at night. We'd be happy to stay again if in the area.

A very nice spacious apartment, very well located (only a few minutes walk to Ortigia). We found free parking every day in front or very close to the house. Marco and his brother Giovanni were very caring hosts! Giovanni even helped us to carry our suitcase up to the second floor. Everything is like described on the homepage, very well equipped and clean. We really can recommend this place.Thanks!

Zeer geslaagde twee weken in de woning van Marco. Het ruime appartement is van alles voorzien en het is ideaal gelegen voor een verblijf in Siracusa. Het oude centrum Ortigia is vlot te voet bereikbaar. Je moet wel bestand zijn tegen de Siciliaanse decibels. Het Siciliaanse stadsverkeer is ook een beleving op zich, met af en toe de zoektocht naar een parkeerplaats. Dit maakt allemaal deel uit van de uitbundige maar vriendelijke sfeer. Het appartement is zeer zeker een aanrader.
