Had a great time

The host was very communicative and answered messages promptly. The directions and guidelines were clear. The location is perfect and has straight-out access to the beach. The back porch was relaxing. Close-by restaurants are very good, and one is pet-friendly, indoors!

Price- price was well with in our budget. This was our 1st time using vrbo.Location- couldnt ask for a better location. We were on 1st floor and ocean view was blocked by dunes but step off porch and over dune and youre on the beach.Cleanliness- extremely clean.Inside- updated coastal theme. Fridge was a little small. Had all the kitchen and bath necessities youll need.Outside- clean and neat. The back deck we had had pleanty of seating and a hammock (which i used alot). There are outside showers to rinse the sand off on the lower decks. Pleanty of beach chairs and umbrellas. There was a firepit which we didnt use. Theres a pet area on the side. Negatives for our stay. Tv didnt work. Contacted host and host reported someone would be out to fix it but no one showed. Couldve been repair person fault. We thought it was a 1 bedroom but the bed was in the area you would considered the living room. We had our 18 yo with us so no privacy. Would be great for couples

Location is great. Condo was great for me and my fiance.. the biggest problem we had was there is no sound barrier between you and the floor above. You can hear every step they make and it sounds like they will come through the ceiling on top of you.. vacation naps are impossible in this condo is your upstairs neighbors are there.Great little place, but what i mentioned alone is quite the setback. If you don't mind not being able to nap, then you're good to go in this cute little place.
