About this house rental
Beautiful recently remodeled 5 bedroom, 3 bath house (with a bonus 6th room toy room) in the heart of Palo Alto. Almost everything in this house is BRAND NEW (appliances, furniture, all of the bedding). This beautiful Eichler Atrium home in the heart of Palo Alto was recently updated for a more modern look and feel. We installed a brand new kitchen earlier this year with a Lacanche French Stove. It sits at the end of a well-lit driveway to ensure you will have privacy throughout your stay. Situated in the charming Community Center neighborhood, you are walking/biking distance to Stanford University and the shops, restaurants, and businesses of downtown Palo Alto.

We found this spot to be an amazing family getaway in the Bay Area peninsula. Located in midtown Palo Alto, it was walkable to University Ave (downtown), and we found the neighborhood quite quiet and peaceful.
The actual house itself was spacious and impeccably clean - the hosts made most things available to use, and there was everything you could have asked for if you plan to make this rental your home for a few weeks. An older house, but don't let that throw you as there is lots of modernization and smart tech involved to make the home as easy to manage as possible.
The retractable roof in the Eichler area was an amazing touch when the weather was cooperative.
