4. Quiet hour from 22:00 pm to 7:00 am
5. We host the number of registered guests only. No visitors are allowed without our permission.
6. The Piano is not available for guests use.
The garage is not accessible to guest.
7. Please endeavor to park the car in the driveway whenever possible, avoiding parking in front of the neighbor's house.
Additionally, every Wednesday is street cleaning day, so please ensure the car is parked in the driveway on those days.
