Great accommodation for short stay

I have liked that the owner was very responsive and helpful. The location was perfect, very close to the beach, having available a small kitchen and patio.

Laid back, friendly and SO close to the sea!

The location was fabulous. 3 min walk to the sea. Close to shops. The vibe was very laid back and relaxed. The food at the restaurants is not at all expensive. Mikra, the host, was absolutely fantastic. I asked many questions, at different times of the day and he always answered promptly and was very helpful. He went the extra mile to accommodate our needs. Great stay

This is a great little place…there are 3 units on the main floor of a building. We loved the access to a fully stocked kitchen and a nice patio. The room was spotless and had a new bathroom with a large shower.

This is outside of the owner’s control but the immediate area around the building is not what we expected. However, it is only a short walk to the beach and the center.

A few issues spoiled our stay

The room was good, and it has a nice outdoor area and kitchen facilities (shared). WiFi was available with an Android TV (for casting from mobile phone). The beach is about 7 minutes walk, with many cafes/ restaurants close by. The self check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow.

The check-in advisory was very last-minute. The bed was sqeaky, and the noise from the unit above during the night was disturbing. There was a smell of cigarette smoke during the night (coming from ??). There was no information for international travellers like us on how to exit the apartment (locked in at the shared door, taxi waiting out side!).

Exceptional

Perfect for a family trip to Ostia and Rome. Mirko is the perfect host and is fluent in English. The flat is very nice and clean with everything you need. The shared kitchen was good and we enjoyed eating and relaxing on the shaded terrace. The beach is 5 minutes walk, with plenty of places to eat nearby and it only costs 1euro50 to get into Rome in 30 minutes. The train station is about 15 minutes walk. I highly recommend this holiday accommodation. Thanks Mirko!

Everything was fantastic, the accommodation was close to the beach. For those who don't like overcrowded beaches, there were also free and less crowded spots nearby. Shops and everything necessary were also conveniently close, as well as transportation to Rome. The room had everything one needs, including a nicely equipped kitchen. There was peace and quiet in the room.

Mirko was an awesome host. Friendly and quick responses to any questions. Location was also great, just a block from the beach and shops. When we get to go back we will definitely stay there again! Thank you Mirko.

Clean new room, but useless because of noise

Clean, close to the sea. Very dark room, good for sleep. The host is friendly.

No soundproofing: you will hear every sound from the kitchen and lobby. Even flushing toilet on another floor. We needed ear plugs to sleep. The room is very dark and humid. The shower was in the room, so we had damp clothes in the morning. Small bed for 2 persons.

Comfy bed and very clean room. No outdoor windows and no breakfast despite having it in the name.

Room was very modern and clean. Complimentary coffee. The owner was very accommodating and helpful.

Booking.com showed true outdoor windows however, the only windows were to a very small internal courtyard within the building. Room smelled strongly of cleaner and was hard to get fresh air into. Unfortunately some of the other guests on the second night were very loud late into the night.

The room was nicely located in which it was near the seaside and there were many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The shared kitchen inside the house was also well-equipped. Good hairdryer, bed, TV, desk, and wardrobe.

- External private toilet. It would be nice to have your bathroom inside the room. - You could not open the windows inside your room.

I liked everything; very spacious room, comfortable bed, good quality mattress, and pillows, a spare duvet and blanket, nice sofa and table in the bedroom, huge terrace with dining and relaxation facilities, large bathroom, very good kitchen with everything you need to cook and eat. Moreover, an absolutely clean and fresh, great apartment. Very good location. Very good communication with the friendly owner. I highly recommended it!

Fully loaded kitchen with fridge. (only one small pot, but was enought for cook simmple pasta for a dinner). Great terrace for take a breakfast or sitting on evening with bottle of wine. Free offer of tea and coffe. Really close to beach.
