RomeCookSea Guest House

Really enjoyed our stay. Restaurants, Cafés and the beach nearby - all are within walking distance. It is also possible to walk 10 mins to the train station in order to get to e.g Rome or other places. The rooms are very clean, comfortable beds and a nice shower. The kitchen is fully equipped, too! You could can also use the nice terrace next to the kitchen.

If you are sensitive to noise, you might hear the people next to your room or the noise from outside.

The property is perfect! Cold AC, comfortable bed and pillows, super clean and the shower was hot with plenty of room. (The pictures represent how the property looks.) Mirko, the host, is super attentive to your needs and makes you feel at home. I loved the gas stove, espresso and the beautiful patio. The home has a beautiful, modern design. It’s a 4 minute walk to the beach and an 8 minute walk to the town square. I especially loved the beautiful beach sunsets and being able to walk the path along the beach. (You have options to book a shuttle.) You’re close to the airport and the train was easy to take to Rome. Highly recommend!!

Nothing at all. It was fantastic!

Everything. Modern, fully equipped, friendly helpful host and near the beach

All good

Clean, close to the sea. Very dark room, good for sleep. The host is friendly.

No soundproofing: you will hear every sound from the kitchen and lobby. Even flushing toilet on another floor. We needed ear plugs to sleep. The room is very dark and humid. The shower was in the room, so we had damp clothes in the morning. Small bed for 2 persons.
