About this cottage rental
Our house is a spacious cottage with open space in the living room and cozy settings in the
3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom a twin bed, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. In the living room area is a hide a bed couch that sleeps two people as well ( an extra mattress is available.)The main bathroom has a washer and dryer. The kitchen has a stove and oven, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, fridge and freezer, sink, flatware and dinnerware, and basic kitchen utensils (pots and pans). The lake is perfect for fishing, we have beautiful garden walkways and sitting areas. There is a fireplace outside as well as an observation deck from which you can see the whole property. It’s the perfect spot for stargazing. We have a few goats and the neighbors have very friendly dogs.
The whole house is a duplex, there is no shared space.
It’s two houses under one roof.

Beautiful paradise. The cottage is cute and the grounds and landscaping are beyond description. Very welcoming to pets. Stayed 5 days and had fun driving the backroads. The location was excellent for trips to Rocheport, Boonville, Columbia and Lupis. Anita was very responsive and could not have been nicer to deal with. Loved my stay there! Vicki

Suck a beautifully property. It was very quiet and peaceful. Those managing the property responded immediately to any requests. There was also a lot of the little things like dishes and linnens and k cup pods. There was clearly thought put into having the things you need readily available. Overall an excellent stay. I highly recommend it.

Offensive order immediately upon entering the property that didn’t go away during our stay. Several candles, room sprays and fragrant wax melts were in the home. Unfortunately none helped much. Because the temperatures were warm we were able to open 2 windows, no screens in other windows to open.
