A comfortable and large double bed, a living room with sofa and TV will welcome you after the long Roman days. The bed will be prepared with soft and clean linen, to ensure a good rest! You will find enough space to store your things. The bathroom will be the perfect place to relax with a warm regenerating shower. If you enjoy cooking, you will find the fully equipped kitchen.
Apartment on the second floor without elevator in the heart of Trastevere, in a lovely renovated period building.
The apartment is at your complete disposal.
To offer you and all our guests a pleasant stay, please consider the following:
- Check-ins after 20:00 are subject to a supplement of € 40 to be paid in cash upon arrival.
- Please respect the house and the people living in the building.
- Additional cleaning and linen services, available upon request
- Tourist tax: 3. 5 euros per person per day. Children under 10 are exempt. To be paid in cash upon arrival
- Guests are required to present a valid ID when checking in for registration with the Italian security authorities
Check-in: between 3.00 pm and 8.00 pm
Check-out: before 10.30
Final cleaning: 60 euros in cash on arrival

The flat was just as the picture show it. Very cute with a beautiful view of the square the managers, Maria and Marta were very helpful to make her stay wonderful. The location of the flat was perfect for walking everywhere. The main trading station was only a 35 minute walk. Colosseum about 25 minute walk and the Vatican about a 25 minute walk along the River Tiber. I would highly recommend staying at this location and when we return, we are definitely going to book our next stay at this location.

We were off to a bumpy start as our train was delayed for our arrival, putting us 45 minutes past regular check in ours. The host was gracious enough to not charge us a late check in fee considering we kept her fully updated all throughout our day of travel.
The location was the BEST! We had hundreds of places to eat and cafe within steps to a few minutes walk. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was great and the washroom did its job. The only two downsides were that we were unable to use the TV at night as the remote never did work ( we were advised upon arrival that the batteries would be replaced) and secondly, the walls in the entrance as well as the washroom need a good scrubbing. Other than that, the place was perfection! We would rent here again.

We would recommend this property. The owners are very communicative. Upon arrival we were lost and the person greeting us found us on the street and guided us to the right location. The place is portrayed accurately. We enjoyed the area. It’s has a young energetic vibe with great restaurants within walking distance. Uber came right to our door and took us wherever we needed to go. Parking and driving in this area is not for the faint of heart!
