We couldn't be happier about our stay! Ursula sent her son to meet us because our arrival timing was off and he was simply delightful. The entire arrangement was excellent. You have your own room and bathroom and a shared kitchen that's open 24/7. No set time for breakfast. It's literally a 90 second walk to Tiber Island. PLENTY of shopping within walking distance. We will definitely be keeping the info for our next trip to Rome.

Clean,convenient and safe! Rooms were spacious, location was perfect,we walked everywhere! All the restaurants,gelato and coffee shops within steps. Ursula is lovely! This place is seriously better than a VRBO because it has all the space but I didn’t have to clean or get groceries. Highly recommend!

Loved our hotel suite! Wonderful area, easy walking distance to all the sites and dining. Safe and beautiful.

Urszula was amazing. I didn’t realize I was supposed to contact well before my arrival because there is no front desk. I called her and she biked over immediately. She was very accommodating and helpful. She even brought over two chocolate bars for my kids the next day. The rooms, beds, and common areas were comfortable. I questioned the location at first because it is next to a busy street and didn’t immediately appear to be the picturesque part of Trastevere, but that was literally across the street. There is a grocery store just a few blocks away too. A cab driver said that the best pizza in Rome was just a few doors down (Pizzaria ai Marmi). Sadly I did not get to try because they weren’t open for lunch. I was concerned about the noise at night, but neither the kids or I noticed. The last place I stayed In Trastevere, I could hear bottles clanking and drunks all hours. The breakfast was good, nothing to write home about, but entirely adequate. There were some home baked pastries that looked good, but I don’t eat much sweet stuff, so I didn’t try them. The in-room refrigerators are like oversized medicine cabinet which are good for drinks, but not deep enough for food if you are planning to make your own meals or keep leftovers. Wasn’t a problem for us. The communal fridge which is also used for breakfast has an assortment of beverages and alcoholic drinks that were reasonably priced. I would definitely stay there again. Both my kids and I enjoyed our stay
