Ugodan smještaj na mirnoj lokaciji, blizu plaže i raznih sadržaja, a ipak odmaknut od gužve. Apartman je uredan, s prostranom spavaćom sobom i prekrasnim vrtom ispred. Kuhinja je nova i ima perilicu posuđa. Gospođa Nada je bila izuzetno ljubazna – budući da nismo uspjeli pronaći lokaciju pomoću Google Mapsa, dočekala nas je ispred ulice i pomogla s dolaskom. (Savjet: u Google Maps upišite "Dive centar LumbardaBlue" – vodi vas točno do apartmana.) Apartman nema parking ali je više mjesta ispred vrlo strme ali kratke ulice. Na prozorima nedostaju komarnici te u kratko vrijeme otvorenih prozora sobu ispune komarci, apartman je opremljen s aparatićima za komarce samo uzmite svoje tablete.
Krevet je bio neudoban, a tijekom noći su daske znale ispadati iz ležišta, što je ometalo san. U kuhinji nedostaju neke osnovne potrepštine, poput velikog noža za rezanje i kuhinjskih ubrusa. Također, bilo bi korisno da su osigurani gel za tuširanje i više od dvije role toaletnog papira za tjedan dana boravka.
