Nice location with nice views, 50m from the sea.
The apartment is old and very poorly maintained. The extra bed had a broken base. The electrical outlets dangerously stick out of the wall and are not secured. The furniture and equipment are worn out, and the apartment needs renovation. The agency also advertises private parking, which does not exist. There is only street parking available, if you are lucky enough to find a free spot. On top of that, there are ants everywhere.
As a warning, there is a large house below the apartment that is also rented out, and if you encounter inconsiderate guests, it can get very noisy.
