Close to the beach and very clean
The property is a little old and need updating.

The location was excellent. The apartment was clean and the view was great. The elevator was very accommodating.
The A/C was a little lacking in the master bedroom. Extra towels were requested on the first day of check in on Monday but were not received until Thursday. There was no notification of someone coming in the apartment while we were out with personal items laying around. There was construction which started every morning with the sounds of hammer drills.

Very comfortable. Location was great. Right on the beach and loved sitting on the balcony each night.
Very few towels for a family of 8. The laundry area was not user friendly. I’m not downloading an app just to be able to use a washer and dryer.

The view
Bad Odor in home, sliding back door latch was broken and I traveled with children so unsafe. table on back porch broken, chairs on back porch were broken, oven kept throwing a error code would heat up and throw the code, bed blankets were scratchy and uncomfortable.
