Very good location, close to subway

I had a large studio room with some simple kitchen facilities as well as the ensuite bathroom. The room was very quiet and parking is located conveniently under the hotel for €10 a night. This is a great place to stay if you have a car as the RER train gets into the centre in 20 minutes on the station is 8 to 10 minutes walk away. If you don’t want breakfast in the hotel, there is a great boulangerie on the right as you arrive on the road where the Metro station is, and a bar serving excellent coffee on the left.

Everything was great except for parking access and the overall room light switch. There was plenty of room to park but getting into the area is a nightmare., especially if you have a British car! I had to run round the back of the car after opening the gate and by the time I got back the gate was closing again. It took three times before I just managed to get through the first gate and nearly got stuck between that and the second gate. On the way out it was worse because I was told to put the garage Card in a box after having used it to open the gate. The box was halfway up the exit slope and the gate closed before I had time to get the car up to it. I had to go all the way back up to reception and bring a staff member down to keep pressing the card pad so I could drive my car through the two gates safely. Regarding the studio light switch, there was no overall light switch by the bed, nor could I find one to switch out every light, so I had to take the room key card out of the slot in order to switch all the lights off. I then nearly tripped trying to find the bed in pitch black! I suggest some simple instructions left in the room for finding the control switch and the Wi-Fi code et cetera would make the stay in an otherwise good room even better.

The value of money is really matched the property even though a slightly outside of the center but 10mins walking distance to the metro or tram. The staff were friendly and super helpful. The room fully equipped with coffee machine, microwave, stove, sink, and tableware. The shower work perfectly and most importantly the aircon works perfectly during summer it’s important.

I liked the facility provided and ease of staff when being provided a service. Everything was straight forward and straight to the point.

The cleanliness routine needs to be better. Cleaning rooms every seven dayss to cut costs is just not up to scratch because i think the expectations people want to see is someone to come in and do gentle clean ups at least every two days. I also think new towels should be mandatory. Having to pay for a new towel is just not right because they are being borrowed and returned anyways.
