About this apartment rental
Ground floor apartment of 50 m2 completely renovated. Wi Fi everywhere in the accommodation. A lounge both cozy and spacious, with a sofa bed for travelers and more. A bedroom with a 160cm bed, dresser and television with decoder. A large bathroom in Burgundy stone adjoining the room with walk-in shower, bath and towel dryer. A kitchen equipped with oven, induction hob, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and home stock (salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea ..). A laundry area - WC with washing machine and dryer. A courtyard terrace with garden furniture to drink a glass of Burgundy in the sun!
Access to the apartment is via a small courtyard overlooking the Rempart de la Comédie. You benefit from a terrace space to enjoy the sun on sunny days.
The apartment is located on the Remparts de Beaune. A bakery and a restaurant are a few meters away. And the city center with all the shops nearby. Quiet area, historic.
We are 5 minutes walk from the train station. The passengers can park in the neighborhood streets easily. Free parking at 150m.

Good location with restaurants, bars, shop within walking distance. Everything was clean. The lock was tricky but our host, Marine, had left a note to explain, which was fine. The TV appeared to have been moved into the bedroom but we did not watch it anyway! Nice to be given a free bottle of Cremante de Bourgogne.We really enjoyed a bike tour of the vineyards.

We loved our one week stay in this excellent apartment in Beaune. It was clean, spacious and well located to the centre of the old town of Beaune. You could also walk out the gate straight into the rampart walk. The washing machine was much appreciated as was the well equipped kitchen. Marine was an excellent host and was so responsive to any questions we had. Thank you Marine for a wonderful and memorable stay in Beaune!

This condo was a comfy place to stay in Beaune. It was an easy walk from the train station, and the whole town is easy to explore. The washer and dryer were such a great amenity. We got to clean all our clothes in the middle of ourvacation.

Location is very good. It's adequate accommodation for 1 or 2 nights. There's no closet/hanging space and when staying longer (as we did) we essentially lived out of suitcases placed on the couch!Front door entry/lock to the apartment is a nightmare to operate! Very frustrating.Apartment could be problem for any with mobility concerns as there are a lot of unexpected step up/down situations from area to area.Lacked any information specific to the apartment "do's and don'ts" (e.g. where to dispose trash/recyclables?), or "how to" use TV, heating system, laundry, oven, etc.Listing should clarify that 1.5 bath means shower/tub/wash basin en suite and actual toilette in separate room off the kitchen (shared with laundry units).Not all travellers to this area will be French nationals and so, providing pertinent information in other languages would be helpful.
