This two bedroom one bath cozy cabin is located on approximately 8 acres nestled within Mohican State Park. Not only will you find this to be a quietly secluded, clean and comfortable vacation destination, you will also find this to be a premier location!! It's hard to find private property located inside this state park! Put your shoes on, head out the door and:

 Walk to Pleasant Hill Lake and cast your fishing pole.

 Walk to the Lyons Falls to see two uniquely different water falls.

 Walk to the picturesque Covered Bridge, a famous destination in Mohican.

 Stroll along the bridle trail and watch for wildlife such as deer, turkey, etc.

 Hike the trail along the lake and keep an eye out for eagles, herons, buzzards etc.

 Hop on your mountain bike and ride on to connect to a top ranking 25 mi mountain bike trail.

CABIN DESCRIPTION:
Once you drive down the long gravel driveway, (4 wheel vehicle recommended in snowy weather). Upon opening the front door, you’ll step into the living room, which has a spacious feel due to the high ceiling.

Living Room: couch, chair, a 42” HDTV with DishTV , WIFI internet access, coffee table filled with games and cards, ceiling fan and a gas fireplace.

Dining/Kitchen: There is a full size refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, crock pot, blender, pots and pans, glasses, stemware, dinnerware and utensils for 8 people, grill utensils, coffee pot and filters, toaster, some miscellaneous spices, mixer, mixing bowls, mixing spoons, mixing cups, bottle openers, cutting board, dish towels, dish soap, garbage bags and cook books.

Bathroom: plush towels, toilet paper, hairdryer, first aid kit.

Master Bedroom: Queen bed, linen included, electric fireplace, TV, alarm clock.

Lofted bedroom: 2 Queen beds, linens included, 20" HDTV, desk with coloring books and crayons. This room has a low ceiling. A child can walk pretty easily, but adults have to walk hunched over. Clearance is 4 ft in the center.

Deck/Porch/Lot: Porch swing, patio table, stainless steel gas grill with side burner, fire pit, Adirondack chairs, large mowed lot, gravel parking area. Please no parking on the grass.

General: A/C, vacuum, iron and ironing board, drying rack.

**Firewood is now available on the property. We just ask that you make a donation equal to the amount of wood you burn.**
