About this house rental
Experience Seaside, FL at, 'Beachside Kiss', an open, cheery, one-story beach cottage! Perfectly situated behind Seaside's town square in Seaside proper, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach home sleeps 8 comfortably, all on one floor. Beachside Kiss is adorned with a large front porch, featuring relaxing lounge furniture, overlooking East Ruskin Street. This area is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or just watching life go by at the beach. Inside, you're greeted with a large open living area with slipcover seating for all, high definition flat-screen TV, an oversized square dining table (seats 8), and a gourmet kitchen complete with stainless appliances and Emeril Lagasse pots and pans for the chef in the family!
Just off the dining room is a bonus Florida room with a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) and seating areas, complete with curtains, offering privacy from the main living space.
The 3 bedrooms are off the main living space. The king primary suite offers a flat-screen TV, a private primary bath with bath/shower combo, and a marble sink top. Across the way, you'll find the king guest room with a flat-screen TV and a twin bunk room (sleeps 2) with a flat-screen in the armoire. The two guest rooms share the 2nd bathroom with a tub/shower combo and dual sinks with granite countertops. In the back of the home, you'll find an outside shower and back deck space. Beachside Kiss is a charming and ideally located Seaside classic!

We are frequent visitors to Seaside, and always try and use Homeowners Collection. This property did not measure up to the properties we’ve stayed at on the past. The location was great, which is the main reason we selected it. Walking distance to the square, shops, and beach. The house seemed outdated in many areas. There was mold in the dishwasher and the dryer contained rust spots inside the drum. We couldn’t get the ice maker to produce ice, although we never called maintenance because of the inconvenience. We just bought ice. The bedrooms did not have any ceiling fans to assist the inadequate airflow throughout the house in July. There were two box fans that we had to use to keep bedrooms cool at night with the thermostat all the way down. Recommend an electrician take a look at the switches. A lot of the didn’t seem to work and one outlet didn’t work in the master bath. Overall the size of the property was great and the location was perfect for our family. It just seemed to us there hasn’t been any updates to the home in some time.
