This cottage rests in Sandown and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.

Lancaster House is a superb property resting in the centre of Sandown. It comes with three double bedrooms, together sleeping up to six people and served by a bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. Completing the interior is a kitchen/sitting room and a dining room. To the outside there is on-street permit parking. Lancaster House is a wonderful base for exploring the delights of the Isle of Wight. Gas central heating, Microwave, electric oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher, TV with entertainment package and fast full-fibre. WiFi. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on site. Games trunk. We provide a £40 contribution towards a weekly 'Tourist Permit' is provided, valid for all Council-owned pay and display car parks all across the Island for the full duration of your stay, currently priced at £70.00. Parking at Lancaster House is in the nearby car park with the Tourist Permit, or short term on-street. Two well-behaved dogs are very welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Shop, pub and beach all within 200 metres. This property has a reduced ferry fare arrangement with Red Funnel. Ferries entitling guests to a discount of 15% off the published ferry fares. The owner will send you details of the voucher code following confirmation of your booking.
