About this house rental
This cute little bach is just minutes walk (600m) to the beach, 1km to The Lost Spring, 2kms to the Town centre.
There is also the option to walking to take the Whitianga Ferry to explore Flaxmill Bay, Shakespeare Cliff, Cooks Beach and more. Day trips to Cathedral Cove and Hot Water beach also depart from the wharf. It is an easy drive to beautiful beaches including New Chums.
Considerate guests only, please. Families or professionals preferred. Not suitable as a party venue.
No smoking on the property.
Linen included but no cot or linen provided for babies and no childproof door barriers or locks on power outlets.
If there is damage a $500 fee will be charged to the account of the guest.
NOTE: Under the Kiwi tradition, you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave.

Cleaning (required NZ$100 per stay)
Extra Person (optional, NZ$20 per night).

Lovely little Bach, handy location and everything we needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Only thing to note is the noise from planes flying VERY low over the house to the airport!

Great location, tidy, huge garden for kids. Space to park boat out the front easily. Will probably be back at some stage.

Great little bach, within easy reach of everything.
5 min drive or cycle to the shops, Beach a few mins away
Everything that you need for a short or longer stay.
Great lawn and outdoor space with a fully enclosed deck, for when it gets dark to carry on with festivities.
