Amazing flat to stay in with family!

Great flat! Clean and well equipped. Top Wlan. Good mattrasses. 1 balcony to stand on looking at the beach, another balcony to dry laundry on towards the back of the house. Close to the beach. Everything you need in walking distance. Elevator to reach the 6th floor. Great view on the beach. Parking in garage included (attention big cars: quite narrow but manageable) Perfect for family with kids! Thanks <3

A great way to enjoy De Kust

The instructions were clear and we had no problems on arrival. The flat was comfortable and the sea view was great.

Prima appartement voor een weekendje aan zee.

Gezellig appartement met zicht op zee. In de keuken is alles aanwezig voor als je zelf iets wil koken. Er zijn twee slaapkamers, één met stapelbed en één met ruim twee persoonsbed. Het is ook heel fijn dat er een overdekte autostaanplaats beschikbaar is in de kelder van een naburig appartement (op loopafstand).

De badkamer met douche is erg klein (op de foto's is dit niet duidelijk te zien), maar alles is aanwezig en is verzorgd.

Gezellig logeren op een fijne locatie!

De locatie met uitzicht op zee en op een mooi, rustig strand is heerlijk! Als je van niet té veel drukte houdt en toch op wandelafstand van alles wil logeren, is dit perfect! Mooi en gezellig ingericht appartement in een stille, rustige appartementsblok.

Eigenlijk is er niet echt iets storend. Badkamer zou iets ruimer mogen zijn maar persoonlijk vind ik dat op vakantie niet zo erg.

Très bon séjour en bord de mer à Coxyde

Très bon emplacement (sur la digue, avec belle vue sur mer) Confort des lits (grand lit double moderne) Appartement agréable et rénové récemment Garage à disposition Equipement pour bébé à disposition (lit, chaise haute)

Equipement cuisine un peu limité (pas de presse fruit, pas de machine expresso (machine à café ancienne : percolateur), pas d'essoreuse à salade, ...)

Goed functioneel appartement met mooi zeezicht

Appartement met moderne inrichting, goede bedden en aangename relaxzetel, verduisteringsgordijnen (vooral nodig in de zomer), proper, stoelen in slaapkamer om kleren op te leggen, heel veel kastruimte (je kan alles kwijt in de kasten), voldoende keukenmateriaal, voldoende kapstokken, goede radio, digitale TV (maar erg klein!). Alles is nieuw (meubilair, mooi ingerichte badkamer (wel klein), gordijnen, radio, TV, schilderij, ...) Fantastisch uitzicht op zee, goede ligging (vlakbij bakker en op zo'n 10 minuutjes stappen van het centrum). Heel rustig in het gebouw, ook in de slaapkamer was het rustig (ligt aan achterkant). Ook rustig gelegen (net buiten het bruisendere gedeelte van de dijk). Vlotte manier om in- en uit te checken. Er is een parkeerplaats in een ondergrondse garage beschikbaar.

Nogal onpersoonlijke communicatie: in- en uitchecken via sleutel in kluisje (dus geen eigenaar/verhuurder gezien), mails werden ook niet ondertekend met naam (enkel 'team'),... Appartement mist wat gezelligheid zoals nachtlampje in slaapkamers, nachtkastjes, dekentjes in de zetel (vooral in de winter kan dat van pas komen),... Er ontbraken wat dingen zoals badmatje, plastic zakken voor afval, geen droogrekje gezien (misschien niet gevonden). Het appartement geraakte moeilijk volledig opgewarmd (lastig in winter). We konden niet door ruiten kijken bij aankomst (waarschijnlijk gewoon met water schoongemaakt waardoor dat in de winter wat aanvroor), na een schoonmaakbeurt met product voor ruiten, hadden we toch zeezicht! 😀 Tip: leg een map met wat uitleg over het appartement (wat waar te vinden), gebruik van de TV, afvalverzameling, tips om te doen in de omgeving, goede restaurants, enz...
