Super Lage. Was nimmt man dafür in Kauf? Dies möge jeder selber entscheiden!

Die Lage des Appartements war sensationell. Direkt am Strand. Sehr nah zu Einkaufs- und Bahn-Möglichkeiten gelegen. Dieses Appartement besticht durch die Lage und den Parkplatz in der Tischgarage. Man kann in einer Minute vom Auto ins Appartement mit dem Aufzug gelangen.

Das Haus ist sehr laut. man hört jeden Schritt in der Wohnungen oberhalb und nebenan und natürlich die Haustür usw. Die Person oberhalb muss jeden Tag 7 Uhr arbeiten und steht 5:30 Uhr per Wecker auf, macht sich 3 Kaffees usw. Wir fanden dies extrem detailliert und hellhörig. Uns war bekannt, dass man die WCs & Bäder der anderen Appartements hört. Des weiteren ist ein Bar/Restaurant in ca. 20m entfernt, welches bis 1 Uhr nachts Disco-Musik spielt. Dies freut uns sehr, aber man hört die Beats bei geschlossenen Fenstern im Bett trotzdem. Das Appartement war schmutzig. Damit wir wie alle Räume außer das DuschBad. Wir hatten bei der Lage mit Sand gerechnet, aber es waren Haare und Staub. In der Küche war jede Schublade voller Staub, jeder Telller und jedes Glas. Wir haben die Spülmaschine mit Salz (nicht vorhanden) ausgestattet und unseren Bedarf in die Maschine gepackt. In einem Fach war Sirup ausgelaufen und hatte die umliegenden Artikel festgeharzt. Mehrere Ikea-Teller und Tassen haben abgesplitterte Ränder, welche schafkantig sind. Zahlreiche Küchengeräte klappen nicht. Dunstabzugshaube läuft dauernd. Spülwasserhahn ist defekt und ein Handtuch wurde drumgewickelt und uns so übergeben, Nachtischlampen waren ohne Funktion - wir haben benötigt, um einen Stecker hintern den Möbel zu entdecken. Es gibt einen Besen, der frei im Raum steht und ein Kehrblech/Schaufel, was man benötigt. Es gibt keine Bilder vom WC-Raum (Toilettenschüssel), da der Raum mit 80x80 cm sehr klein ist und man sitzt unter dem Warmwasseraufbereiter. Praktisch wären die 2 Außenwasserhähne gewesen (wenn man vom Strand kommt), aber diese ließen sich nicht öffnen, Der Vermieter wurde informiert und entschuldigte sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten. Es wurde wurde während unseres Aufenthalts von 10 Tagen keine Abhilfe geschaffen. Zahlreiche Licht-Schalter klappen nicht. Man muss selber Bettwäsche mitbringen (Dies kannte wir so aus anderen belgischen Appartements nicht)

Wir hatten einige schöne Tage dort. Restaurant direkt nebenan war auch sehr angenehm.

Wir hatten keine Verpflegung. Die „Leseecke“ neben dem Ausgang zur Terrasse war super. Auch die Aussicht auf den Strand und die kleinen Boote, die vor unserer Terrasse lagen, war sehr schön.

Wenn Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Föhn vorhanden gewesen wären, wäre dies für die Gäste bequemer. Aber es ging auch so.
