Spend your next retreat at this quiet and relaxing townhome. You'll have a private hot tub to relax those tired muscles at the end of a day full of activity. The large heated garage has plenty of room even with a large SUV. After a day of skiing, you can come back and get changed in a nice carpeted area with a bench as well as clothes and ski racks for 6. This changing area has it all including boot warmers!

You'll be located walking distance to the River Run side of Bald Mountain and the River Run Ski Lifts. In the summer, you can hike, bike and paraglide for some adventure! For the fisherman, Wood River is just one block away. You'll be about a half a mile away from Downtown Ketchum where you'll have an array of options for shopping, dining, and entertainment. A little further, Sun Valley, about 2 and a half miles away, offers even more entertainment, shopping, and dining options.

We had a wonderful stay in Ketchum. The condo was within walking distance of the river run ski lifts and downtown. The condo had everything we needed for a great stay - the hot tub and heated garage were great extras. I would highly recommend it for a getaway to sun valley!

The location was ideal - walking distance to the River Run chair lifts and downtown Ketchum. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed and the heated garage was a real bonus. I would definitely recommend it and plan on returning for future stays.

Well equipped kitchen, access to laundry room and hot tub. Quiet, beautiful property close to base of Baldy.

Property as advertised. Exceptionally clean, well stocked kitchen supplies and toiletries. Karen was easily accessible. Even though winter storm came through before our arrival, Karen made sure snow was shoveled off deck and hot tub was accessible for use. During winter months, having your own vehicle is highly desirable as walk to shuttle with skis can be difficult due icy conditions. If returning to SV, would def stay here again! Cheers
